Literally the second day in the same week we have came and we were told at the drive thru that the ?grill and oil were being... changed? and to wait till the next ?shift change? which would be in 30mins to place an order. First and last time ever going to this location. Took them 40 mins to get one meal. Watching the lady in the back SLAP my burger... together? poorly put together burger that was cold when I got it. Nothing was covered up! All the food was just in opencontainers. At least cover the area if they are gonna have someone throwing food all over the place, dropping food on thefloor! At least 6 guys all standing at the drive thru. Not sure why so many people are working and it was taking so long to getcustomers food out!! I mean, it's Jack in the crack. Food is good as always... But they take a hella long time to get u your order served(I'm talking... like 15-20 minutes) EVERYTIME I GO!! IDK why, but they just slow! Food is hot and fresh but still! To be a fast food place,ain't $h!+ fast about it???????? Read more
Went in this morning for a all meat burrito and an ice coffee. Im pregnant and hungry ???? so The cook did an amazing job with... the food. So props to them. The drive thru people were kind and nice so customer satisfaction was on the top of the list. Justthank y?all for working and enjoying life ! Read more
Honestly Jack in the box is one of the worst places ever. In my experience I worked here for 2 years and back in the day we used... to have really nice workers and a lot of customers. Everything started going down hill and I wouldn?t even be surprised if theyclose this store soon. Not to mention their rate pay is horrible and even more with all the work they make you do and thehorrible schedule. The coworkers never get along well is always gossiping everywhere. Their new management is horrendous that?swhy everybody left to other stores. Now they can barely get any people so if you ever consider work here think twice. And aboutthe food nasty!!! Read more

Went to drive thru waited 10 minutes just to take my order. The lady taking my order did not know what she was doing I had to... tell her multiple times that my order was not correct . After ordering I sat in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes so I gotout the line I was going to eat inside but the dining area wasn?t open . Most of food was cold such as burgers and fries. The only things that were hot was the chicken tenders and egg rolls I ordered... assuming they are made to order only?.. it's always the same with this location I've been maybe 4 times in 4 years and they areclose to my house. Read more
