The young workers here on this night obviously don?t want to work. Had to come to this location because the one close to me... apparently didn?t want to work either. After I ordered I came around to get hot sauce because I wasn?t offered any before hand.I came around and they all left the window, they saw me but never came to it. Finally another employee came to the window to askif I needed anything. Once the young girl came back to the window I was given the sauce with the most disrespectful tone ever.This franchise has gone down the drain especially with these younger employees. Read more

There is nothing WORSE than messing with a hungry customer?s food. I went to order a #3 Sourdough Burger for my husband and a #3... Sourdough Meal for myself with curly fries and a coke. I got home, opened my bag and only to find one burger and fries. We werenever charged with the second burger and to top it all off the bread wasn?t even toasted like it should have been. I ordered a spicy nacho chicken burger today and got bred with 5 onion rings inside
First they had us reversing and pulling forward in drive-thru. I ordered two breakfast jacks in my order and one of them had... mold !!!!! So I tried to call the location and it?s a NON WORKING NUMBER. We didn?t even eat the rest of our food. Nothing wasfresh? and it took forever. Read more
Worst experience I ever had at this location, in 30+ years. Drive thru order, repeated several times, #1 no sauce no veggies... with small fry and large tea. #3 small with diet coke. Recieved...#1 burned bun, nothing juicy about the burger and 1 small pcof bacon??? Fries cold and nasty. Mind you this was at 5:15pm on Fri night and I just waited for 6 cars infront of me!
