I ordered a big order which I understand is frustrating. But not only did the girl taking my order have attitude in her voice... and swear under her breath (?godd*mn?). I had to go back twice through the drive thru only for them to still get my orderincorrect. They were slow not a single car in the drive thru but me and when I called they wouldn?t answer. I am not sure whowas in charge but they should make sure all food in in the bags before giving it to the customers especially if they come backto say they didn?t get it right the first time. Staff was friendly. It did take a little longer than expected for our order to be ready (placed on the app and clicked early to... start making order), but it was a large order so it is understandable. Food was made correctly, order was complete andeverything was good. Read more

Wait time is usually long but when you get food that?s AWESOME, the wait doesn?t matter! I believe this was the BEST... cheeseburger I?ve EVER had from Jack in the Box! The food is good i will start off by saying but the past few times ive come during the evening time around midnight the guy in... the drive thru sounds miserable at work. This jack in box has horrible drive thru service every time I order something. Ordered cheese sticks and the cheddar peppers. Cheddar peppers were as good as always. Cheese sticks were WAY overcooked. So... much so that all the cheese was on the outside. Looked and tasted like they were not only overcooked, but had been sitting undera heat lamp since 9. And when I tried contacting the location, they couldn?t help.
