We gor 12 orders of tacos and we come home and turns out they only gave us 9 orders and then we called and said that they did... not have our order. Didn't even ask for any information of the order to check what happend dont really recommend. Read more
Terrible experience at the drive thru! I waited in a long line then sat at the menu for a good 5 minutes without a response... back. As I pulled up to the window thinking the PA system was brokwn I was told they won't take my order and have to go waitback in line. When I asked to speak to the manager he just closed the window on me. Worst service I might have ever had at afast food establishment. Read more
I arrived sometime after 10PM on 07/19 to pick up two orders for Uber Eats. The presumed shift lead at the time was extremely... rude and upset that I arrived due to the orders being placed 35 mins before. Please update your employees on the properprocedures on handing orders with Uber. You are not, as a restaurant supposed to make customers orders until the Uber eatsdriver has arrived, as it could take over 30 mins in this case for a driver to be assigned for the order after being initiallyplaced, leaving food gross and cold as a result of making the Uber order right when received. I should not have to fight with astore to make a customers order. Read more
As of 6/30 /2021 Jose the manager is the most unprofessional manager I ever met the encounter was at the drive thru. I ordered... something?s and because he didn?t have everything he decided to substitute it for something else! The product he substituted itfor was dairy and I explained he should?ve asked me instead of. trying to slip it in my bag ! I then told him I was allergic toit at that point he laughed and I thought that was very rude and disrespectful! He also started to argue with another employeeabout leaving early!He and She went back and forth for 10 minutes than he took my bag and said I don?t have it ! He placed it onthe front counter inside the restaurant and told me to step aside! He continued to take orders and fill them ignoring me! The location is a bit hidden since they share the space with a gas station convenience store. I used the take out so did not... have a chance to spend enough time inside the dining area, the service was fast and the order was correct, so not much input.The food my wife said it was standard for a jack in the box. Ordered through Uber Eats. They let me wait for over 50 minutes, and after that they canceled ???????????? P/s: in the second... time, they did give a very good service to me. may be that's my fault last time. Just gave them 5 stars afterwards. Read more
I usually come here my go to Jack, friendly service never had a problem if anything was missing the afternoon shift usually... fixes it immediately. This is their review, I don't know about the morning I'm guessing they're decent since when I do come isee their regulars quite often. The overnight crew, last time I went was atrocious though (last month) idk hopefully theyreplaced them or found the cause of it. Read more
