BAD location, I definitely noticed that the person who took my order, (a guy with glasses) at the counter got mad when I... corrected him about my order when he reviewed it back with me, also the manager was communicative about the ranch, and she wasdefinitely nice but not that friendly or even appealing. David was a pro!!! We all swing by a burger drive-through, out of ease, and regret it because of the service or quality, but... this Jack In The Box has David. Clear, articulate, accurate, personable, friendly, all in 30 seconds. He got everything right,which today shouldn't be a compliment but it is, and the guy cared about his job and his customer. It appears that there was only one employee when I went. She had to take the order, and appear to prepare it. They are hiring... for every position. The food was good, but a little slow. She was nice and accurate. She needed help. She didn't complain, orstate the same. Read more
I only got an iced coffee and an order of curly fries but it was very good. Their iced coffee is very creamy and quite good for... a fast food restaurant. The young woman working the drive thru was very nice and made me feel welcome. I'll definitely go back. Read more
Ordered a homestyle chicken sandwich and what I got looked like a burger even the "Manager" thought it was a burger at first. I... told them sorry there is NO way I'm eating anything that looked like that. It was some kind of meat that looked like it had beenthere since the morning or something. They remade my food but honestly I still don't think they just cooked that chicken either.Don't think I'll ever return to this location unless they clean up a lot!! Employees could use some customer service classesand be a lot more friendlier. If you don't like working there then don't, but don't take it out on the customers.
