I placed my pick-up order in advance and knowing it would be a busy day, arrived about 5 minutes after the promised completion... time. I checked parked and checked in online as directed in my order confirmation. After nearly 15 minutes, with no staff comingout to any of the cars in the pick up area, I went in. I was told they were just packaging up my order, but then I had to waitanother 10 minutes. So now we are at 30 minutes past the pick-up time.
