This was probably my first experience at a restaurant owned by such a famous chef. The restaurant is in the medical center and... kind of difficult to get to if you\'re not familiar with the area, but it is worth the effort to get to. We had the RestaurantWeeks menu and enjoyed every course completely. I really loved the amuse bouche of the first course. The watermelon was awesome.I had the grilled fish for my entree. It was delicious and cooked perfectly. For the final course the cookies are fantastic, butI think the Spanish Cheesecake is the winner. The drinks are well made. I recommend the Raspberry Lemon Drop. The service was phenomenal. The restaurant was hard to find in the building and getting to it felt like finding an illegal... speak easy in the prohibition. We went at 8 so the building is shut down except this place and there wasn’t any signage. Thedrinks were good, but honestly the food was just barely ok. The empanadas were good and the table mac and cheese was great. The short rib was like a ‘not great’ pot roast. It was tender but the flavor was kinda dark and bitter. My wife had thepasta and it was really spicy which should probably been specified more in the menu. The deserts were also kind of bland andnot very decadent.
