The worst IHOP in history. Upon arrival, I noticed that the restaurant was almost empty, but the tables were dirty with food on... the floor. 15 minutes passed and no one came to attend to me, so I looked for the manager, an older man with glasses, superrude and unfriendly, 2 blonde waitresses, one tall and one of average height, super rude, the place is dirty and the workers,including to the manager they cannot be more unpleasant. All wrong with this IHOP. I will not return and I do NOT recommendit. If the owner of this IHOP looks at this review, I think you should check the security cameras more often, because thecustomer service is terrible. Read more
I?ve been here a couple times and they were both very different experiences. The first time was great, it wasn?t too busy and... everything was recently cleaned, our food was good, and our waiter was so nice. However the other experience was the opposite;our waiter, while nice, would always forget things, the location wasn?t too busy but it seemed like a lot was going on, it waskind of dirty on the table and floors, our food was fine but our waiter didn?t bring it all at once so I couldn?t really enjoyit. IHOP was good to go everything is ready the only thing is they're one of the employees take forever to bring you the orange... juice a lot of people drink their juices and coffee some water first before eating especially when they're dehydrated Read more

I was very disappointed with my visit. I feel like I literally just threw money away in the trash can. As soon as I walked in, I... was hit with a very pungent disgusting odor. I don't know where it was coming from. When I walked in, noone sat me down. Awaitress said "sit wherever you like." So I did just that, after I grabbed a menu. The decor in the restaurant is dull andoutdated. My food was nothing memorable. The eggs and bacon were ok but the hash browns looked like a sponge soaked withgrease. Did a call in order .to get to the place and it wasn't at all busy .to wait 15min until somebody came up front to assist me.to... get home and food was not hot,and who ever cooked the pancakes knowing it was burnt but didn't give a dame flipped them all overto. Show the bottom of the pancakes. As if it was the top of the pancakes and still served it . breakfast sandwich didn't evenlook suiteable to feed your dog. 56.00 down the drain for my family breakfast will never come back to this location .crazy thingeverything you guys was on violation for is still ongoing .yes I had that much time while waiting on my food to read that smh Read more
The main complaint for this visit was that the kitchen was short staffed. We weren't explained that when we got there. It took... us over 30 mins to get food and the restaurant was about 70% full. The food is consistent which is great. Just the wait wasunexpected and luckily we had the time to wait. Read more
