Food poisoning and bad management. Stay away from the omelets, not only was everything undercooked and unseasoned, even the... presentation looked like someone barfed on the plate. I'm not one to send things back so I tried eating it, but I startedfeeling sick so i asked the waiter to send it back and let them know that it was just so bad. I didn't ask for compensation oranything in its place, I just wanted them to know to fix it and not make anyone else sick. When the manager found out I sent itback he was combative with me, saying maybe I just didn't like the taste, which it was disgusting, but my point was that it mademe sick. I never got an apology from him, I didn't even want anything in return, but yet he still argued with me that it wasgood. I asked him if he saw what it looked like and tasted it? He still argued that they make sure everything is refrigerated soit should be good, which had nothing to do with what my problem was. The only reason that I gave it a two star and not one isbecause the waiter was the only one that stuck up for me and apologized, even though it wasn't her fault. Read more
We brought my 3 year old special needs son into this location and we were given the best treatment by staff workers. The food... was pretty good considering IHOP tends not to have many variances in its cooking styles. The coffee was delicious, and my carafewas always refilled. I would not give one star if it did not make me give a star to give a review. 1st we sat down and before we could even order... they brought me a senior sampler and I told them I did not order, then when we ordered they didn?t bring all our food andbrought the wrong food. Then they brought us black frozen bananas. Then they brought me someone else?s ticket. Then when Icomplained the manager said look white girl you have to pay. I have never in my life been called a white girl and had my orderso screws up and so many mistakes. $70 dollars to spend is a lot to spend for such service and food.. but this place is soracist and I kept asking for another manager and corporate number and all they wanted to do is speak another language and notlet me talk to another manager or give me the corporate number. This is the entirely the best place I could have ate around this time of the night. Perfect from start to finish. The... host/waiter/server was excellent to say the least. He deserves more admiration and some time off to be with his family. A raiseand a promotion would be in order immediately! The pancakes came out cold, the food portions are smaller than before, the cooks in the kitchen were laughing loudly. Now for... the good. The place was recently renovated and it looks nice. The wait staff was very attentive. The dining area was clean andit was pleasantly quiet. Read more
You can't really tell what race I am so I noticed how they sit you by the color of your skin... really sucked tho the waiter was... cool tho she was very helpful.. the assistant manager was ok she seemed very annoyed but I can see why because two her AfricanAmerican workers walk out because they was treated funny.. all in all it was great waiter she was awesome..
