on the way back from my dr appt, stopped by 4 breakfast. Of course I ordered my favorite pumpkin spice pancakes. They arrived... promptly nice and fluffy! Their coffee is always hot; and our server refilled the carafe to make sure we didn't run out ofcoffee. I couldn't finish my pancakes, so I ordered a to go box and the server was nice enough to give me a hot coffee 2 go! iwill definitely go back!! Great service and friendly faces! :) Read more

I had two ants on my table. I told the waitress that her manager or the owner needs to hire pest control then I showed her one... of the ants. She then said "the manager will stop by my table". She takes my credit card to pay the tab then comes back about 7minutes later to give me my card and my receipt and says her manager is coming. I waited an additional 10 minutes and themanager never showed up so I decided to leave. Today was the last time I step foot at IHOP. They have poor management andhygiene does not seem like a priority to them. Who knows what other insects or rodents they have in thier kitchen as well. Read more
The restaurant was dead....nobody there as far as customers.....one man sitting alone. It took longer than it should've to get... acknowledged to seat ourselves after standing there cuz sign says "Please wait to be seated.". Very good place for a meal here. A combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner all day. I ordered the country fried steak with... scrambled eggs and hash browns along with two pancakes ???? and a sweetened tea. Had not had one in a long while. Everything wasgood here! Only thing the group sitting behind me with kids was a little rowdy. Other than that everything was good. The personwho attended my table, she was nice and polite. Read more
Excellent food and service. The moment I entered I was quickly seated. Within a minute I got both my beverage and orden placed... and food arrived fast and was delicious. Definitely will come back and all servers always smiling and with great attitude 11/10. Read more
