First time here, and it was nice. Our waitress was nice, but she only came back to our table once while we were eating, and... about time we needed refills, we never saw her, so we never got asked about refills. Then, when she came back again, we wereready to go. The food was hot and came to us fast, but I wish our waitress was more on top of the service. Read more
I came to this location around 1am and the vibes are totally different than the other times that I go , my last visit ,waiter... was a pink hair chick with glasses with no manners at all , the last time I came here I told her my order wasn?t done correctly, she took my plate and went to the kitchen , and I could hear her all the way from where she was ,talking about us getting onher nerves , I wanted to get up and leave , but I?m a regular there it was just 1 bad apple , but when I went in around 1am thismorning she wasn?t there and everything was so clean , the servers were friendly and the hospitality is definitely 10 stars !and I loved the decorations , you can tell that the servers really help each other out , my food took a minute to come out butjust seeing the servers work together as a team made me feel a little at ease because I didn?t sense any laziness and it wassuper busy so I do applaud them ! The restaurant was empty and you could see more than 5 waitresses doing nothing, they left me and another family waiting at the... entrance for almost 10 minutes, while they sat talking at a table. I ordered the chicken and they brought it to me half raw,not to mention that although there were no people, the waitresses spent their time in the kitchen and you had to wait a longtime for them to come out of there, to see if you wanted to order something else. I would give it zero to negative stars if i could. DO NOT EAT HERE. They give you the wrong and RAW food. I ordered some chicken... tenders and when i cut them up, the pieces were 100% RAW. Definitely never eating here again. Read more
Food was decent. Service was awful. We arrived at 745am. We had to go looking for someone to seat us. The next 3 groups had to... do the same. Waitress did a good job, but she seemed to be the only one working. Other employees were standing around talking -while customers were looking to be seated. Not great. Read more
I loved eating at this location. Our server was great & the food was very good. The place was packed but out food was served... promptly. The only negative I can say about this location is the Hostess had a sourpuss attitude. She was clearly not a happyemployee & since she is the first person customers encounter, it does not bode well. But the Server made up for her. And theshort order cooks do not receive the recognition they deserve since they literally unnoticed by the customers. When me and boyfriend decided to meet here for brunch it was a 20-minute wait that turned into 30ish. Then, there was a wait to... order our food. It seemed like they were short staffed. The food took forever to arrive, thank goodness it was the correctorder. The waitress brought coffee without creamer...like even if a patron doesn't request creamer..it should be an automaticcommon courtesy to provide it. Then when it was time to pay the lady had my boyfriend's card & another guy's card (those typicalblack pay folders were not provided) she just carried the cards and tickets in her hands together. And turns was about to givethe other guy my boyfriend's credit card and we were about to get his. And we had to make she didn't charge his card to pay fortheir big meal. Thankfully that didn't happen. But it's the lack of paying attention and taking care/caution when you havepeople's cards in your possession. Read more
Sample food as usual for any IHope. Good place. Belgium waffle and hot tea with honey and lemon is my absolute favorite. It's... always there. Good improvement since I visit this place about 1 year ago. Read more
