We waited for over an hour before our food was brought out to us, when it finally did make it out it was cold. I mean the cheese... on the eggs was still cold as if it just came out of the refrigerator and the eggs were the same. I asked to talk to the managerto explain the situation, he said ?We are working hard to get the food out?. He gave us a 10% discount ????, I would have rathergotten an apology for the wait and maybe put the food in the microwave. Read more
Horrible experience. Long wait then after the waiter gave my child the wrong order came back to say I?m sorry I didn?t clarify... what you ordered and it will be a while before your correct order comes out. Then asks would we like it to go instead. If youmess up an order you correct that order first before moving on to other tables. Manager needs to train these waiters Read more
Haven?t had service like this in forever. Ordered a Philly melt and it came out 100% burnt. Asked for it to be remade and found... out there was no more Philly meat. My companion just had surgery so was limited on what she could eat (basically looking forgrilled chicken) so she ordered chicken bacon ranch dinner that comes with 2 grilled chicken breasts. After they bring it outand I complain about the amount of chicken that?s on the plate they inform us they were out of grilled chicken breasts so we gotpieces. This has been horrible from the beginning. Oh and didn?t get a single drink refill till right before we paid. Read more
This is one of the worst Ihops that I have visited. The roof was leaking so they had the booths closed on one side, the leak was... not only on the booths but also on the floor. It was maybe half filled to capacity with people and our order took about 20 min.Food was 3 out of 5. This place needs an overhaul. Read more
Very disappointed with this IHOP, me and my daughter had to wait 20 minutes to be seated when there was only 3 other families... eating. Once we actually got to a table it looked like it hadn't been wiped down all day. Then after we ordered our food wewaited for close to a hour just for our waiter to tell us they can't make what we ordered. Read more
I like my Oreo milkshake, but rest of the food l don't like it at all. Appetizer was way overpriced and chicken tenders were not... fresh. I ordered grilled tilapia, but no taste at all. Burger was alright, better than tilapia, but still taste not good as itlooks. Fries is the only thing not bad. Also, the waitress is really friendly, that's why l give it 3 stars. Went to have some cream cheese pancakes ???? and I loved them!! And just for those that have some elderly folks just let them... know that all condiments are served separately, unfortunately neither I or my mom knew that this particular thing which lookedlike strawberry jam was actually ketchup!! We went to the location on Cypress Station and this Place has an amazing team. Me and my husband had to ask the managers name... from my waitress because He had a well put together system of management and servicing customers. His name is Carlos and histeam was courteous, prompt, caring and exercised the best customer service I have seen in a long time. They were even helpful toeach other, coming together to meet one goal and that was servicing the customer. Thank you IHop for your excellent customerservice and management, great food by the way.
