Took my kids on this Sunday morning and it was a delight! There was no wait at all (guess because it was just 08:45), the food... came out very quickly! The wait staff was nice and pleasant. My daughter's wiggly premolar finally came out while she was eating????????, that didn't stop her from finishing her pancakes though!! Over all service is better during non-peak hours. The omelets are very good, recieved additional condiments with food when not... as busy at same location, same waitress. Quality of food was very good either times, just over all service is greatly improvedwhen less busy. Read more

On Saturday May 28, 2022, my boys and I decided to eat breakfast at the IHOP #1431. As we walked into the IHOP we was so... disappointed. The servers stayed in front of the restaurant gossiping and playing around, while guest wait. As we proceeded towalk to the reception desk she took the menu and had us follow her. We were seated in a few seconds and had to wait 15 minutesfor someone to approach us. Ms. Kanetra, an African American server approach us without a note pad to take our order and wasvery unprofessional. She requested for us to tell her our order, which we did. To my surprise she brought the bill to the tablefor me to pay the bill of $37.84 before the food arrived. I felt discriminated against because I have never entered an IHOPestablishment where they request that you pay first before you are served, especially indoor dining. I spoke to the manager,Jessica, and she applied a 20% discount but that wasn?t the point. The server Kanetra is very unprofessional and lack basiccustomer service and ethics. She is not an asset to IHOP and requires professional development to learn how to deal with othersof all backgrounds especially her own black people. Came for breakfast and the place was freezing cold. Asked a few employees, who were all wearing their thick jackets while... tending to the customers, who all agreed that it was cold but nothing was done. My server was great however after i received myfood it was quickly very cold, so cold i couldn't eat it and could no longer stand the cold temperature inside so i left.Manager was very understanding. I would give it 0 stars if I could. My whole order was messed up. I had ordered a Hot Chocolate, with some mozzarella... sticks. When I first received my hot chocolate it was very watery. Not surprised because it is only IHOP. But what reallycrossed the line is that when I received my Mozzarella sticks, it was delivered on a dirty plate with old strawberry stains.When I pointed it out to the server he brought it back to the kitchen to be ?remade?. But when I received my ?new batch?. Mymozzarella sticks were exploded with cheese and when I opened all of them up they were all hollow with no cheese inside of it.Just all batter. It was very clear that they threw the mozzarella sticks back into the fryer after delivering it on a dirtyplate. Worse part is, it?s in the middle of the pandemic and I am 5 months pregnant. Unfortunately I was unable to take apicture of the dirty plate and the hollow mozzarella sticks but I was able to capture a picture of the exploded mozzarellasticks. Hello, I am a 10 yr veteran and I usually come to IHOP on Veteran?s Day because I can always get my order to go. Unfortunately I... was told today that I couldn?t get an order to go and I would have to sit in. I accepted and found a seat, made an order whichwas just pancakes. I received my food and sat for about 10 minutes and then asked for a to go plate. I was refused by Iris C atstore #1431, Houston, TX. She told me I have to eat my food here and I could not take it. I reminded her at any restaurant, ifyou do not finish eating you can take you food with you unless it?s a buffet. Of course with attitude she storms off sighing andtalking to other workers about it. I sit for another 5 minutes listening to her conversations. Again not being disrespectful Iasked for a to go box. After talking to what looks like a manager she gave me one. I was just like to say as a disable vet Ihave PTSD and do not like to be in crowds and I was very disappointed in my service this morning from Iris C. #20421.
