My server Xsavier went beyond the best, friendly, polite and fast service, from the moment I walked in he smile, got menus and... sat me, right away asked me if I wanted it a drink, I order coffee, water and my food, in less than a minute he was back with mydrinks, and soon after with my food. I recommend to go and ask for him. Great job young man. Read more
Everyone knows IHOP food is good and doesn't change much. But the service from place to place varies. The service we received... here was top notch! I wish I had the severs name to post here. He is young African American and the most pleasant waiter I'vehad in a long time. He should be training others. Read more

This was my happy face pancake that I ordered. He looks pretty hungover if you ask me lol the chocolate chips weren't mixed in... the pancake like they usually are. They were just piled on top and the pancakes was so dry. The bacon was burnt, and the coffeealso had a nasty burnt taste to it. Terrible experience today. Read more
I loved eating at this location. Our server was great & the food was very good. The place was packed but out food was served... promptly. The only negative I can say about this location is the Hostess had a sourpuss attitude. She was clearly not a happyemployee & since she is the first person customers encounter, it does not bode well. But the Server made up for her. And theshort order cooks do not receive the recognition they deserve since they literally unnoticed by the customers. I ordered a spicy poblano omelette which I always order when I go to IHOP and the yellow sauce smelled HORRIBLE. It looked... disgusting and even the texture was gross. We told the waiter and he checked in the kitchen and they admitted it had been?sitting too long?. We still had to pay for this plate. It was not a good experience and we will not be coming back. The Waiterwas nice but did not handle the situation as it should have been. This was just gross. I hope no one else experiences this!! Read more
Great location, very clean, looks like it has been updated in the recent past. Not very crowded, but still the conversations of... others are easily heard. One lone server/host for the whole restaurant. This seemed rather off, but regardless, the food wasgood. Read more
