Unlike other people who have left reviews, I have been going here consistently for the past year or so. I usually go on my lunch... break 1-2x a week. Everytime I have gone the workers have treated me well and my drinks have been great. Their rewards system isalso amazing, I got $5 off my order today. I usually order a pomegranate&passion fruit tea with boba (they have NEVER charged mefor another drink just for adding a flavor like another review said) Overall I love this place, and like I said, most of the badreviews come from people who?ve only gone once. Tried I heart Boba for the first time today. The strawberry banana smoothie was awesome! Loved it! However the lady making my... tuna sandwich rubbed her nose twice and even looked at me and rubbed her nose again. With Covid, Monkey pox and just sanitationwise that?s DISGUSTING! If I decide to come back I will only get a smoothie cause that was just nasty rubbing your nose fixingpeople food. Read more

Had the chicken bbq and a mango cream with lychee poppin boba. The sandwich was very good and looked very appetizing but the... Mango cream was absolutely amazing . The place was neat and clean! The attendants were nice and friendly, which is a nice changefrom the attitude I've been getting at Popeye's. They checked and checked to make sure my order was right because I had a bigorder (unlike Starbucks nextdoor, actually the reason I'm here today). Overall, an awesome experience!!! I wouldn?t say I?m picky with my boba drinks, but I?ve tried over 10 different boba places in Houston (and other cities of TX)... and this place disappointed me. I was really craving a good Thai Tea. (My usually place is Teapresso Bar and they make some ofthe most authentic Thai Tea ever if you want something good to try.) My bf and I both ordered Thai Tea here at IHeartBoba. Minehad boba and his had rainbow jelly. I did not watch them make the drinks, but upon tasting them I knew automatically they weremade from powder and not true Thai Tea. There is another review for this place regarding the Thai tea flavor and they stated,?It tasted like plastic.? Sadly I have to agree. It just tastes fake and sugary. To be completely honest, the only pro I have tosay about this place is that the chewiness of the boba was good and not hard. This is the second worst boba place I?ve ever beento. Sure I only tried one drink, but every boba place I?ve ever been to that uses to powder to make their drinks usually makesthem ALL the same way with powder/without the use of any really tea leaves.
