I grew up in SW Houston and always had a soft spot for egg noodle wonton soup ( hao hao mi gia being my fave). This isn't the... exact same, but it's quite good. Portioned well for a small bowl and all the right ingredients in the making of a good wontonsoup. Will say the wonton are a bit small if I'm going to nit pick. My friend and I go here a lot after discovering how great it is. Hands down the best Vietnamese food in the area. The customer... service is the best they always are so friendly and kind. The herbal tea is the true gem the food is phenomenal as well. Theplace is nice inside with live plants that you can tell are well cared for and fish as well. She showed her unhappy face when I was asking about their price. Then sheTHREW my credit card on the table. Such a very unprofessional and unacceptable service! The food is not worthy to try. The food was delicious. I?m not sure why people have been giving them negative reviews, because our entire meal was very tasty. ... This is a great place to go to if your taste buds are just itching for an authentic Vietnamese dish. We got the Sweet and SourSoup, Clay Pot with Catfish, Stir-fry Egg Noodles, and Clear/Chewy Noodles in soup. Everything arrived in a timely manner andcame out fresh and steamy.
