The burgers are good. Service is just fine. The star of the show is the large sweet potato fries. To die for. Literally... addicting. But all the food was very good. Great tasting burgers but they are small and ridiculously priced. You?ll see a burger priced at $13 and you would think it comes... with fries and a drink? Try again. You?re spending minimum $20 on a medium size burger, small fries and a drink. Very nicespace!! But might work best as a bar with fries than a restaurant. Read more
Customer service: The young Hispanic girl at the to go register had a rushed and indifferent mind set. The rest of the wait... staff was a lot friendlier. The atmosphere: Good, vibrant location in the heights. In the center of the restaurant is the fullbar which really created a social setting. Cleanliness: Below average. Walking in you can see several tables with used disheson it. The food: On the higher end of price scale. The burger price is high at $9 and it's just the burger. The burger is small(much smaller than a BK Whopper) and lacked flavor, needed some sort of seasoning. The temperature of the food is barely warm. The drink and fries are separate and cost extra. The fries are well seasoned but too hard/stiff. The drinks are free refills &self serve. Over all: I tried it out because of curiosity but I will not be coming back. I don't recommend. Read more
They have perfect size burgers all of them are delicious! If you like spicy get the Diablo burger, if you like cheesy get the... Double Bacon Jam super good If you like mushrooms get the Magic Shroom! They are all worth a try and they have great fries Musttry their Green Chile Queso !!! Read more
Came here late on a Wednesday night for a burger and luckily got my order in on time. We decided to share the Big Chuck, it was... massive. They cooked it perfectly the way I wanted (medium rare) and there was a ton of flavor in the burger itself. I also hadan order of the parmesan fries, which honestly could have lived without as they didn't wow me. Tasted like regular fries to mewith a sprinkle of parmesan. After I was double charged for the order, penalty for ordering online, I got home just to find my $16 burger was raw in the... middle. Being that it was bison meat it had a strange flavor being cooked that raw inside. I'm not sure where the quality wentbut this place is a shadow of it's former self. The last time I was in I didn't get a salad that I had paid for but they didn'twant to make that right either. Even though when I got it this time it resembled coleslaw, and not much of it for $5. I ate itin about 6 bites. Now I have to wait 2-3 days for the first charge to drop, otherwise I'll be forced into going in this placeagain. If I don't have to, I don't think I'll be returning to this former staple of mine. The service has gone downhill, thefood has also suffered dramatically and now they are double charging for an already expensive hamburger. Just a shame. Theseguys had a chance and they gave us less quality, it's time to let someone else take that spot and give the heights great freshfood and service, these guys clearly don't care about their guests that much as much as they care about their profits. Horrible, this location needs a revamp. Normally I wouldn't get a salad at a burger place, but hopdoddy has some great salads at... the River Oaks location. This one was just sad. I don't mind that much that they put tomatoes despite being asked to not to(receipt attached), it was just a salad looking salad. The greens were browning, the veggie patty was lackluster. Been to this location before, stopped in for an end to a stag do. Only one vegan option for a burger, but it was tasty, did not... try to be meaty and was better for it. The sweet potato fries are a 100% recommend. The staff were helpful in seating our largergroup and check out was fast and friendly. Read more
