Texas BBQ has always been a hit or Miss for me. This time Hitter?s hit it on the nail. The meat was perfectly seasoned and... smoked. Wasn?t dry. It was juicy and flavorful. The meat didn?t even need any sauce. As for the brisket baked beans, some ofthe best beans I?ve ever had. You can tell they were fresh and made from scratch. Look like I just found my new BBQ joint. RUN DON?T WALK to this establishment. I?ve had a lot of BBQ here in Houston, and I can say with confidence that this is the BEST... in the city. Trust me. There is no lack of flavor on anything you order at this BBQ joint. The ribs fall off the bone. Their daily deals are a steal.
I literally just inhaled my meal and I do not regret it. I didnt even bother with a plate as I couldnt wait to tuck in. I... ordered the loaded fries with brisket and extra cheese. Probably the best I have ever tasted. Husband had meat plate withbrisket, sausage and beans. He said they were good, particularly the beans. We tried two BBQ sauces, both delicious. Decided to try this place and come to find out my friend knows the cook. This bar-b-q was delicious. The brisket was juicy and... fatty just like I like it. The chicken was good too. The beans were soooooo good, they but meat in the beans. Those beans werenot from a can. The Mac & Cheese was ok, could have been a little more saucy. The first time I came service was good they have a nice young lady running the cash register. I came for deer sausage but they... didn?t have any, so I opted for beef sausage and Mac and cheese and baked beans they were both bomb! The beef sausage did lack abit?I also ordered Load fries which were not loaded, it only came with brisket no cheese no sour cream. Today I wanted deersausage so I decided to try again, I?m glad I did! I got the deer says and Mac and cheese again two of them. They were stillbomb and the deer sausage stole the show. The portion I received was definitely fair for the price and I would be visitingagain. It looks as if it?s family ran the atmosphere was inviting and the Food is made with love give them a try.
