Texas BBQ has always been a hit or Miss for me. This time Hitter?s hit it on the nail. The meat was perfectly seasoned and... smoked. Wasn?t dry. It was juicy and flavorful. The first time I came service was good they have a nice young lady running the cash register. I came for deer sausage but they... didn?t have any, so I opted for beef sausage and Mac and cheese and baked beans they were both bomb! The beef sausage did lack abit?I also ordered Load fries which were not loaded, it only came with brisket no cheese no sour cream. Today I wanted deersausage so I decided to try again, I?m glad I did! I got the deer says and Mac and cheese again two of them. They were stillbomb and the deer sausage stole the show. The portion I received was definitely fair for the price and I would be visitingagain. It looks as if it?s family ran the atmosphere was inviting and the Food is made with love give them a try.
