We hired this company for a 50th anniversary dinner and everyone enjoyed every minute. They were very accommodating and very... professional. They were on time and stayed late. We hired Hi Bachi for a private birthday dinner, and we had a wonderful experience. The good was delicious, they accommodated... our special food requests, and they were very nice and easy to work with. Our chef, ?Doctor Jay?, was terrific. In fact, helooked familiar, and we discovered that he was a chef at our favorite hibachi restaurant growing up! He has enough personalitythat I still remembered him, some 10 years after the last time I saw him. We?ll definitely be hiring them again! Read more
