The old battle axe that's there all the time is rude and ornery. I asked her about the items on her menu and she almost beat the... living s^#* out of me. So I thought. (I think I can take her. lol) The only reason I still go to that place is because all theother chicken places suck even more than this one and it's close to my house. Terrible customer service! I swear I would give this place minus 100 stars if I could. You drive up to drive thru and this... business not only did not answer after 5 min of waiting, when I called the rude lady hung up in my face the first time and Ithought maybe it was a mistake. I called back and told her I tried to drive thru and she rudely said why don?t you come in andstop calling! Wth as a client this is unacceptable! If your busy simply tell your customer one moment when waiting at thespeaker. They defiantly don?t appreciate customers or respect them! These days it?s a million reasons why a person can?t justcome in. She could have respectfully asked me to wait and I would have, but to treat your clients like they are bothering you issomething I?ll never understand! The buffet is very good each time and they allow you to take it to go in my case I'm still working and need to grab and go the... management is awesome had issue with staff she can be a bit heartless when I would come after work before buffet ends so I juststop my bus during my shift to avoid her all together. This place has recently been taken over by new owners. Their food now is definitely much better and pricing is one of the best... in the area for fried chicken at the moment. They have a buffet as well that I see many people eating at for a reasonable price.The fried chicken is fresh because they sell a lot of it and it is made frequently. Read more
Great food, always fresh. Best chicken tenders I've found. Thick and juicy. Soft, crispy fried batter. Great choice of... vegetables. Very popular with locals. Can be packed during peak periods as it is a bit small. Family owned and run, very, verynice people who obviously care and take pride as it shows with service and quality. The Fried Chicken is the star in this buffet, the rest of the sides offerings could use a little more flavor, mashed potatoes... are a little dried , and so is the rice.
