1 star rating. Visited this location 09/07/22 If you don't look or speak spanish you will be ignored. Initially I went to the... drive thru however the car in front of me was taking a while so I decided to go in. Inside there were only 2 ppl eating and oneof the workers sitting down eating. A guy in the kitchen and a lady working the drive thru. I went to order no one everacknowledged Im there even though the lady working the drive thru passed right in front of me still no one moment or anygreeting. After several minutes the girl sitting down comes to take my order( mind you I heard her sneeze)she didn't wash herhands or use hand sanitizer I wanted the 10 pc special she walks over starts picking up chicken I guess counting the meat andsaid it'll be 20 mins. I said no thank you and left. The energy presented was very much prejudice they were not busy one car inthe drive thru and me at the counter. This seems to be a trend as Im reading reviews Hartz do better in training your employeeson customer service skills and working with the public. If Im able to have tolerance when I encounter one of your employees whodont speak english very well they can at least act like they give a damn since they are getting paid to do so and not just withother Hispanic ppl. Got way more than what we asked for. Ordered gizzards and liver and wqs pleasantly surprised at the quantity and quality! Fresh... and tasty. Gravy was tasty too! Definitely will go back and order again. Read more
The chicken coleslaw & gizzard were yummy ???? sides were ok! 1st time for me seeing a ALL U CAN EAT DRIVE-THRU!

Visit this location with my husband, brother and his wife after church. The cashier was an older lady with a ponytail along with... another lady who watched everyone as they got their food from the buffet table. My brother had 2 wings on his plate and wantedmore so he didn't have to go back and was told that he couldn't have more because he had 2 on his plate already. The only thingthat had seasoning was the meat and the brown gravy. It seems like the opened the corn and greenbeans from a can and didn't addany seasoning. My thing is how you going to tell someone how much food they can and can't get if they paid for it. Oh and theWomen's restaurant had a very foul order. The only reason I rated a 1 is to add a comment. If it was up to be it would be nostars. Then a worker was working on the ice cream machine and didn't put a sign on it and someone got some then he realized morepeople was trying to get some he went over and said it wasn't working.
