My wife and daughter and I eat here periodically and have never had an issue. But tonight was full of issues. Besides our order... being wrong....so very wrong. Was able to let one of my granddaughters experience Hartz for the first time. She was hesitant because she likes sticking to her... regular chicken spots. I like for my grandchildren to experience new things since there are so many things available in theworld from food, music, and culture to name a few. I asked her how she liked it and she played like it was just ok. Shortlyafter, she went ahead and said she really enjoyed it. We must give the young children the opportunity to explore new things andnot limit them in life. Even if it is something as simple as trying a different food place than what they're used to. Read more
