This particular Hartz has dropped the ball the outside of their building already looks like an eye sore and it takes forever to... get your order, and I ordered the 9 pieces for $10.99 the chicken look good but when we bit into it, it tasted like it was friedin old grease and it gave me the ???????'s for 2 days, I'm done with this place this is the one on Westheimer rd. near highway6. Food didn't have any seasonal, the wings was extremely small and the wait time was extra long

They will GLADLY serve you OLD chicken and rolls with a smile. Yes, they have good customer service however over the past few... years it has consistently gotten worse. They use old grease at times so even if the chicken is fried fresh it taste burnt. Also,they reheat their chicken in grease that?s why it?s so greasy at times because they dip it back in. With hope they can turn thisaround but they seem to be struggling. Read more
