Remier is a great bartender. Quick, efficient, service. I'll never understand why airport food & Drink is so outrageously... priced. Especially when so many flights are delayed and you're stuck at the airport. Read more
Great breakfast food. GREAT music videos and decor, but Expensive compared to what I'm used to. I appreciated that they were... open (not all eateries were) and ordering by QR code worked just fine - BUT - it's a shame you have to pick a tip amount whenyou order (before you've even met your server, let alone gauged service and food). Limited set of choices for breakfast like noOJ :-(, though I can't comment on lunch/dinner. Read more
The burger was mediocre, there wasn't anything special about it, it was dry and the onion ring wasn't crispy. The fries weren't... crispy and just slightly warm they tasted old. The service wasn't really good, very slow lazy service, they spilled some friesfrom our plate and didn't offer to bring more, that shows their level of customer service. I visited the HRC @ IAH Airport Terminal B and sat at the bar. The bartender was missing in action for about 10 minutes and upon... returning to the bar, he did not even offer an apology. My main dissatisfaction was his inconsistent service standards. Herequested my ID as I placed the order which was fine, but he failed to perform the same task towards other customers at the barthroughout the entire time I was there. The waitress was super nice and the food tasted fine overall, despite my ?medium rare? burger coming to me very rare. The... ordering process was smart but unnecessary because I scanned the code and typed in my order and then the waitress came by andasked what i ordered and then wrote it down and took it to the kitchen. Also the ordering from my phone had me pay beforereceiving my food which overall could have been fine but then it asked for a tip and I hadn?t even spoken to a waitress yet. Nota fan of that aspect. The food was complete garbage. The chicken tenders were reheated and visibly burnt. The shrimp appetizer was mostly bread and... tasted old - again, reheated nonsense. The one thing we could eat were the fries that came with the chicken tenders. This was acomplete waste of almost $60. Never again! Read more
