Not many places open for breakfast on the weekends in DT Houston. Food here was delicious, but paying for the name on the bldg... (JW Marriott) turned a $9 (2 eggs, 3 sausage links, home fries, toast) into a $22 meal + nice tip. Service was excellent. Notemployee fault for high prices. Read more

A nice, relaxing spot to grab a healthy small meal (I had the Cobb salad with salmon or a not so healthy meal as I saw burgers... on the menu ????). Service was attentive and consistent, but not overbearing. I would definitely return. Read more
We were sorely disappointed in the service, variety of offerings, and exorbitant prices. We waited over half an hour just to get... our beverages and we?re very underwhelmed by the food. Valet parking took too long and only accepted cash at the counter. WouldNOT recommend, as they are plenty of better options downtown. Read more
This was the worst experience I?ve had while visiting Houston. Their restaurant wasn?t even busy and it took them 7 minutes to... address me and seat me, 20 minutes to even come see what I wanted to drink, another 10 minutes to bring the drink. At the timethere were only 6 patrons including myself in the entire restaurant. I finally give them my order and it?s honestly like theyforgot I was there. I just was literally sitting there watching everyone get their food and enjoy it, but me. The juice was goodand the water considering that was all I got to try. Even when I asked to leave the only thing they had listed that I orderedwere my drinks considering that it was then they realized the woman who took my order never put it in the system. What kind ofestablishment functions like this. How do you forget to put in one of 6 people?s orders? Make it make sense. NEVER AGAIN!!!?Piss Poor Service :( ?was what I left on the bill... all I wanted was some breakfast and to be treated like a human not someonebothering the staff with my presence. Read more

I have great experience at Main Kitchen, downtown J.W. Marriott Hotel. I cannot say enough about the very pleasant atmosphere.... And what makes it real is the hospitality of all of the staff; one fine example is Ms. Tasha, a server there. She made me feelat home and welcome. And this is why I keep coming back. Ms. Darlene is equally kind and welcoming. You have a great family inthat dining room along with the door and counter hosts! Thank you again, Tasha, Darlene and Staff! Read more
