Poor customer service!!!! If I could give no stars I would. I just went into this location for the first time (new to the area)... and asked the guy at the register to please ensure there are no tomatoes (I carry an epi pen) they put tomatoes on my order andwhen I said something he tells me he will give me a refund "I don't want no issues with you". He continued to tell me not tocome back. I asked him his name as advised by the police officers in the restaurant and, he ask me why and said; " I'm nottelling you anything". Gyro King is my favorite place when it comes to eating gyro over rice. I ordered the Gyro and Chicken over rice. I usually ask... for salad and sauce on the side so I can easily warm it up at home. The taste is always consistent. The decor and ambiance isvery modern. I have been to all of their locations in Houston and they all have same great taste. The meat is always juicy anddelicious topped over aromatic Basmati Rice. Great selection of Salad Toppings to choose from. I usually get everything on It.The White and Red Sauces taste amazing and indeed tantalize the taste buds. If you are around Jones and 1960 area this is a musttry. I’m a gyro king fan but this location has to be my favorite! Everyone is incredibly nice & patient. They had my order wrong by... giving me a gyro instead of the lamb over rice & they remade the order & let me keep the gyro also. The food was delicious! Youcan never go wrong with lamb over rice. Love, love, loved it! I've been meaning to go there for a while and finally stopped. That was yesterday, ready to go back... tomorrow. I had the chicken gyro with both red and white sauce, delicious! They're not skimpy with the portions, just theright amount of veggies to meat ratio, just awesome. Great flavor , not too spicy, perfect. I really do plan on going backagain this week. Even if you think you won't like this ' kind of food' ( The reason my husband won't go there ) give thechicken wrap a try. You won't regret it. First time trying this place. Amazing flavors. The gyro meat (I got the lamb/beef) is so flavorful and tender. Not dry at all as... I have had at other places. The rice is so good....everything that came with my meal was really good. Clean, modern interior.The customer service was wonderful. Will eat hear again and will tell others about this place.
