I did an online order , and ordered a mermaid theme cake and that?s not what I got, even after the girl called me to confirm... what I wanted on the cake. I told her I chose the mermaid cake and she still did as she pleased. Service was very rude I askedif they can remake the cake and rudely I was told sure but I doubt you want to wait 2 hours . I asked if I could speak to themanager and she called the manager her self but would not let me speak to the manager . All I wanted was the cake remade I waswilling to wait even 30 min but that was not an option even though posted everywhere says cake made in 15 min. Read more
Want able to taste new flavors they used to let you but now if you don't like it then too bad which sucks because my kids hated... the flavor and it's so pricey. $21.75 for 3 cones. Better of going to the grocery freezer section and getting a gallon for afraction on the price. Read more

The regular cookies were fine but the icing tasted like canola oil! Did you even try it before you sold it??? That is a waste of... my 3 dollars and it was so disgusting I had to throw the whole cookie away..why would you EVER want to sell that??? Read more
I will give Great American Cookie a 5 star for fantastic ice cream and cookies But the price is not affordable for folks in a... budget. This makes it harder for folks to come and enjoy this wonderful place if they have to worry about cost. Maybe create amore affordable price tier the everyone can come and enjoy your shop more often then once in a while. That will increase yourprofit margins a great deal. I say this because when we visit a great place like this on an outing with family it should be funand enjoyable not leaving them saying well there amazing but we could have gone buy the store bought 3 flavors of Bluebell andall the trimmings and had that 5 days a week... If you get my point Your marketing is great but you could make an additionalline of product listing on the menu that that will be beneficial for everyone and not just lining your pockets. Your in thebusiness to make money but if the economy changes and you don't then you won't have a business because folks won't be able tocome to enjoy your place as often. My 3 young boys and I love going here! It's a little pricey but the ice cream, fruits, toppings, etc. are super good. The small... cup is more than enough for my 4 year old. Anything bigger is too much. They also have great cakes, cookies and brownies. Read more
