The ice cream was really good but, ??Make sure you ask for your ice cream to be LIGHTLY mixed if not you?ll have a watery ice... cream by time you are exiting the ice cream place. I like that we can taste any ice cream we want. And we can choose ourflavors and toppings. They have a variety of ice cream cakes And cookies I bought 2 regular ice creams and 1 small and it was$20 so definitely the price has gone up! Now the guy that helped me was a bit serious and not too welcoming to me and mychildren and I felt rushed when ordering so that was the only thing I didn?t like. Read more
I come here pretty often and today there is something that really bothered me and I won?t be coming back here anymore after... today, first off I posted a pic of my banana split and the guy rolled the container up in the bag and when I opened it, itlooked like that, the ice cream was every where. My second complaint is that while I was there, I did not see any of the workerswearing gloves! My last complaint is that he got confused or something with one of the flavors I wanted and he got one of thoselittle spoons to sample the ice cream and he took one sample and ate it and then used the exact same spoon he just ate off ofand dug it into another container of ice cream to taste that one as well! Very disturbing to see the person helping me to putthe same spoon that just went into his mouth into the ice cream where they take from to serve people ! First no gloves and thenthat! I come here alot. Had no complaints ever before, but now I do have to mention the miscues. A couple times recently , I noticed... the place being really messy. Not clean. Napkins on the floor , floor dirty, and counter tops sticky from spilled ice cream.The staff has not been fully trained meeting customer expectation. No greeting, not approachable, does not display knowledge.Attention management! Lets get your place back to par ! And your employees back to excellent customer service !. Read more
The service was horrible. 3-4 people behind the counter and nobody acknowledged us or even offered to help us. A lady had to... come out from the back room to take our ice cream order. They weren't wearing gloves when behind the counter and weren'tproviding any happy or enthusiastic customer services oh but they were really great at charging us and taking our money. Night shift employees need to be trained better. There was a girl slumped over the counter looking at all the customers like... they're wasting her time, she was rude and slow to move around. The other young man with short hair (no glasses) had the samedemeaner. He stood there staring at us - didn't say a word - we ordered a cone and he walked off to wash something instead. Thenice young man with glasses had to do all the work basically. Why do places hire people like this? They kill businesses. Read more

You can smell pure sugary goodness when you walk into this Marble Slab! My boss got a strawberry shortcake, and it looked good.... I got some mango sorbet. My coworker got a brownie. My mango sorbet was good, and I'm sure the rest were good, but I gotta say,it was pretty expensive. That's my opinion, anyway. Read more
