Took my daughter to Brunch to end her sweet 16 adventure. I gave four stars because my daughter food took a little too long to... arrive. Everyone else had finished there food already. Also, the grits were a little salty. My chicken and waffles were good. The Vibe definitely will bring me back. Customer service was great. Read more

So I went in solo and had a cup of gumbo and 1 piece of catfish. The gumbo (chicken and sausage) and fish was good and flavorful... ???? Music was a bit loud but that’s to be expected since it’s a small space. My only complaints were the price of onemimosa $7 and they charge 20% gratuity so for my small sampler , I paid a whopping $30! Overall the food and vibe was cool. There’s no bar area if you like to sit at the bar and you have to place your order at the counter (well I did atleast) and paybefore being served. Read more

Celebrated my friend birthday by going to brunch. My waitress India was friendly. The owner was very welcoming. The vibe was... amazing. Food was okay not the best not the worst it fits the atmosphere of brunch. Over all friendly staff. One downfall wasthe music was too loud. I would have like to be able to speak to someone at my table, we had to text to determine if we wanted abottle or not. Omg it turn into a mini night club and I loved it I had drinks good and a show. Totally worth it! Also I wish thespace was a little bigger. But if your looking for something with a first come first serve small enclosed area this is it!! Make sure you do a reservation for large groups so you won't have a wait. Also hookahs are available for purchase . Also makesure you tip your server's. Will go again highly recommend. Read more

I came here for brunch on a Saturday at 1pm and it was a very nice place! The vibe and music was great! Our waiter was great and... attentive! I had the fried Chicken wings, potatoes, and collard greens! I also had a watermelon lemon drop and I must say thatwas the best lemon drop I ever had in my life!! My only suggestion would be cooking the chicken in separate oil from theseafood. I don't like seafood so I can taste it easily and my chicken was slightly fishy but it wasn't bad! Someone who isallergic may have an issue though. The side of collard greens was also relatively small. I would suggest raising the price a bitif need so the portion could be a little bigger. Overall great experience! Read more

I will be doing a TikTok but… Here is my review on Gotti’s - EADO … Houston. We arrived there and was told you have 2 hrs... seat time. For my folks back home in INDY you have two hours to sit & eat then you have to leave so they can serve others. Theambience and atmosphere was a vibe but the service was not. We order food immediately due to the time constraints and a mimosaspitcher. We saw our server 3 times the entire time we were there and ?we had to have someone get him the last two times. Ourfood took a hour to come and when it did it was cold. They took my food back and warm it up but I was told they would take itoff so I went ahead and ate it because I hadn’t eaten. We asked for another mimosa pitcher prior to that but never receivedit. They were bring items to the table one by one, literally. Nothing arrived together. Sides are coming before the main dishtype vibes. The mac & cheese was just noodles and sauce and not what you get at the family cookout like at all (just dry). Thechicken was not done… And, Yes they made me pay for my food after being told I wouldn’t have to. I had the fish Shrimp, grits, & waffles. Two of my friends food was compt and they offered shots. I want nothing to do with that and they still chargeda 20% ?gratuity upfront on my ticket. When I went to complain about the service to who was the manager on duty the server feltthe need to intervene and TRY to explain why he couldn’t meet our needs… (he had a large party). It was very veryunprofessional. I will NEVER go again and I will make sure people know how the service and food is when asked. I stopped talkingwhen the woman kept apologizing because it really wasn’t okay. They better be glad you can’t tag them in a post becauseit’s really really sad, especially being a black owned establishment. Like why can’t we ever get it right. In my book 2/10and 1 star! The girls and I came for brunch over the weekend! I had the shrimp and grits and it was good- they just give you a tremendous... amount of grits. The drinks were okay but for almost $15 I believe they should be a little stronger (not watered down). Theparking around the area sucks but that’s just the normal right now. The restaurant was cute, the bathrooms were clean, and thestaff was decent. Read more
