I am not a barbecue loving person so this was not my place of choice but we were there with a big group. I had chicken and some... kind of rice which was fantastic! The atmosphere was really cool which is what I loved it. Read more
Came in with very high expectations I suppose. The brisket was a bit dry, the jalapeño beans were blah, the potato salad was... very sweet which made for a less than stellar experience. The ambience is very cool but very dark. Turn on some lights. Read more
Very good place to enjoy with family or friends ... how to celebrate the birthday ????
Chicken was tender and juicy. Ribs were were fall off rhe bone delicious. Mac and cheese was amazing. Potato salad was great.... The whole atmosphere of the restaurant is laid back and comfortable. Service was excellent. Staff carried trays to our table aswe had a baby with us. The chocolate cookie and chocolate pie was so good. We will definitely come back. Dont miss the outdoorgames with an oversized jenga game, a cornhole game and lots of space for kids. Read more

3.5 Stars over-all rating. Good. Not that Great (4), nor Excellent(5). We do give a 4 Stars rating for the Atmosphere,... though! Food:- 3 STARS ???? ???? ???? PORK RIBS (Lean) Dinner plate. I had the (lean) pork ribs (no beef ribs offered here)with the Austin Baked Beans and Jalapeno Pinto Beans(?). Not sure. Can't remember which other side I ordered. The Dinner platecame with a slice of bread, also. I had water only, as usual. Can't have my blood sugar rising! BRISKET SANDWICH(Sliced?) Hubby had the brisket sandwich ???? (can't remember if it was sliced or chopped) with Jambalaya Texana and PotatoSalad (?) on the side. The Brisket sandwich came with a slice of bread, as well. He also ordered a drink. I also forgot whatdrink he got from the soda fountain. We ordered a Slice of Chocolate Cream Pie to go. We put it in the fridge for a while whenwe got home. Ate it after dinner the same day that night. It was okay. We might try a slice of Pecan Pie, next time. Also, theother two desserts that they offer. SERVICE:- 3 STARS ???? ???? ???? The service was sure fast. The busboy was also fast incleaning our table. It was cleaned before we left the restaurant.
