This is the kind of \"exotic\" Chinese food we experienced, growing up in Idaho. It is not authentic Chinese food, it is... comfort food.\n\nSince my last posting, I have gone back and have some additional thoughts;\n\nThey do a a lot of take outbusiness but not too heavy on the dine-in. This place has the worst customer service, 100% not recommended it. I have placed an order two days ago with the estimated... waiting time of 45 mins, which I had to cancel right away it took me less than 2 minutes, which I did not see a problem becausethey\'re not going to have the food ready under that time. Today, I called to place an order and the lady who answered wasextremely rude and out of line when she told me, make sure you\'re not going to cancel this time, i will not make your fooduntil you come here and pick it up. If this was my order I would\'ve cancel right away. Besides they over priced each meal forsubstitute steam for fried rice. It doesn\'t matter if a customer cancels or not it is not the customer service person\'s rightto even say those comments, as a customer can cancel anytime, that\'s a risk you have to deal when you own business. OMG! Hands down the BEST food EVER! My husband and I are super picky about Chinese food and both had favorite places but they... have since closed down. So, tonight we tried GOLDEN WOK...\nThe proteins (beef, chicken, pork and shrimp) in our meals weresuper tender; not chewy or tough like a lot of places and the food actually had delicious flavors; not like it was all made fromthe same stuff or like buffet style places. The portions are well worth the prices. We made an order online for pick-up and itwas ready quickly. The online ordering process is simple (even when making substitutions...) The staff even packed extra fortunecookies and sauces that came with our meals and didn\'t mind the substitutions we requested. Super fast, super friendly and theBEST CHINESE FOOD we\'ve had in town! My husband and I enjoy Golden Wok, they are super sweet and the TSO chicken and TSO shrimp with white rice is our favorite.
