This place is lovely and the people are wonderful! Today the boba is perfect. However, this is the second time I?ve had their... tea and they don?t seem to put enough milk in the standard black milk tea. Will try a 3rd time, making sure to either use wholemilk or add extra milk, and see if I can up the stars. Nice and clean and cool inside. Plenty of tables and chairs. Read more
Chicken Bits meal now includes only one side dish that is no longer kimchi, rice isn?t sticky very dry. Used to love coming... here after work. I?ll now go to h mart to get good Asian food and bubble tea. New owner please listen this is constructedcriticism. Would love to come back. Read more
I come here sometimes, the teas are normally very good, but this is the second time that I ordered a Viet coffee with light ice... and both times the coffee was very watery and overall not good. It would be 5 stars if they would fix the Viet coffee. Read more

Such a cute and clean place. The drinks were fresh and tasted delicious. I love the display of fresh ingredients. They have two... patio chairs and tables to enjoy your drinks on a beautiful day. Love Asian tea houses. This one has the large selection of tea/tapioca tea as many others do and also finger foods! I love the... option to choose the sweetness level so that I don?t get to hit in the face with sugar punches. The food here is good. Love thefried tofu. Ask for the spicy if you like it hot.
