Today is my second day driving from G-town to this restaurant to eat. When it's nice do it twice, ate here yesterday and today!... Had the jerk chicken and shrimp Patties on both days and everything was delicious. The staff were great and the pepper sauce wason point very tasty. Oh we had the Roti today and curried goat also, no disappointments there either! If you know me I'm a bigfoodie and hard to please with food, I'm very picky! This place leaves you drooling ???? Absolutely delicious!! Curried Goat was perfect and the flavor was balanced exactly right! Beef patty crust was just right, not... dry and not chewy. Staff was kind and helpful. Highly recommend! Read more
Always great customer service, delicious sweet coconut bread, vegetables plate ????, vegetable patty ???? my 5 year old can't... get enough. The spinach will have you ???? drooling the cabbage with that light hint of ginger will have you singing ????, thespinach rice....with the yams and gravy? ???? Girl Bye....im getting off Google so I can finish my food! I aint have time for apretty pic with food this good. I stopped by just to see what Caribbean food was like. I only got a quick little snack but what impressed me most about this... establishment was the friendly staff that was working behind the counter. This was not a mom and pop place it was a actual chainof Caribbean restaurants. Unfortunately I can't compare this to other Caribbean food because this was the first time that I'vetried it. The food was really good but like I said the staff is what impressed me the most. They did not seem like they wouldjust there for a paycheck it really did seem like they were there to help people and enjoyed the type of work they do. Read more
If you haven?t been here yet I highly suggest that you try it! The customer service was super friendly. They are quick to get it... right. Even though I ordered my food for pick up by the time I got back to the office it was still hot. They food flavors areamazing! I will for sure be adding Golden Krust to my regular lunch spots! I?ve been to this location 3x and prior to today there were no issues. I always order the same thing. The braised oxtails, well... today they didn?t have enough to complete an order. So, the very nice young lady said the jerk chicken is really good. I saidok. I?ll get that. Got it home and started eating and noticed that there are still feathers on some of the chicken. I called andto express my concern and she started explaining like it?s no big deal sometimes when cleaning they aren?t able to get them alloff. She said all I can do is replace your order like she was doing me a favor. I told her ok and that I just wanted the 4replaced that I hadn?t eaten. And she responded ok with an attitude like I provided her with the bad food. So, instead of goingback. I just won?t ever return and spend my money I work hard for at this establishment.
