I ate Golden Chick for the first time ever on Halloween of this year after my friend introduced me and hyped it up. I?m def glad... I tried it. My family and I have been going ever since. I went to Golden Chick on 11/21 for a late night meal after workinglate. I was greeted at the window by two young ladies Lee Lee and Maree. They were very sweet and made sure that I hadeverything I needed with my order. I was given my drink order by Darious who was extremely pleasant. I eat here often and theyare always very professional and make sure that my food is fresh. I always get the spicy tenders, they are delicious every time. I will continue to eat Golden Chick. I visited today 11/17, The gravy was watery and the chicken tenders were way too small, they're usually bigger. The seasoned... salt is behind the counter and had to ask for it. My Pepsi tasted like cherry coke. Read more

I was introduced to this place by a friend and he treated me. It?s gas station food so I?m always skeptical, I think he knew me... better than I knew myself, because ever some that time I seem to always make a stop for this place if I?m near one. I usuallyalways get the 4pc spicy w/ dirty rice and a yeast roll ?????????? This time I got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich combo. Iwas pleased to see that the ever so tasty roll that comes as a side with the tenders was the bun for this sandwich. Theseasoning was delicious my only gripe was that the chicken was fried too hard. This is the second time coming to this location. I ordered tenders, jalapeño poppers, and a large drink. The combo comes with... a sweet roll that is great and cuts the spice of the poppers. The person who took my order was Keira and she got the order onpoint. Carlos cooked the chicken and it came out hot n fresh. Jamareya was out there making the lobby was kept clean. And therest of the staff were attentive to the needs of the other customers. One of the best crews I have seen here since last time Iordered. Read more
I placed my order online. I then tried calling up there the phone was off the hook. My order over 60$. It took them over 30min... to get my order together. My order was missing all the rolls, dipping sauces. My fish was cold waiting on the rest of the order.I tried calling back up there last night to inform them of the problem. The employee whom took the call slammed the phone downand didn't return after 20min on hold I hung up. I tried calling the restaurant again this morning at 11 am and the phone wasoff the hook yet again. It bad enough one employee didn't have a mask on properly and no hats or hair nets in the kitchen.
