My order was not what I ordered, so I called them and returned it. I attempted to explain my problem, but it seemed like no one... was listening to me because they replaced my meal free of charge with the same items that I did not want. I just gave up andwent home. I was tired, hungry, and wanted it all to be over. Listen to your customers if you are not sure of what they said askagain or repeat the order ensure the customer received what they ordered. They forgot my extra yeast roll I ordered & while I was eating my tenders found a strain of long hair in my food. Ruined my... whole appetite. Disappointed especially after driving 20 minutes to come here. Read more
First time going. Not as good as Frenchy's, but notably better than KFC, Churche's, Popeye's. Our chicken wasn't super fresh,... but was still very crispy and made with higher quality chicken (more meat, less inedible parts). The sides had hints of flavorsthat all complemented the others and the chicken. The roast chicken was spiced well and their spicy powder has a good amount ofheat with excellent flavors (not just hot for the sake of being hot). I will definitely drive the extra few miles for thischicken and recommend Golden Chick to anyone wanting something better than the other typical fast food chicken offerings. Read more
Today was my first time trying this place. I?ve seen other locations, but had a chance to stop and try them out. I was NOT... disappointed at all! The food was very good and everything was fresh?? The place was very clean as well. Money well spent and Iwill be returning. Read more

I paid for an extra regular fry and I didn?t receive it. That is stealing. I also had to ask for my ranch?s before driving off... because they were not in the bag. Also I was in an Uber so I can?t drive back up there. No one answered the phone for me tocomplain. I will be calling corporate. This is a poorly run location. All of the golden chick?s in Houston are trifling. Dallaslocations never have issues or nasty food like down here in Houston. Read more
