The food, service and ambiance was awesome! It's fun cooking your own food at the table. It takes a little longer than a typical... meal but well worth it. First visit here and omg what an experience!!!!! It is a whole vibe in here, we sang along to every song while we cooked our... meats of choice?. at our table. Came here with a group of 6 friends for the grand opening! I have had great experiences with Gen BBQ before at other places like... Dallas. This experience was just as good! For about $25.00, we had all you can eat meats and sides. The meat was very fresh andwell marinated. I especially enjoyed the pork cheeks. They came in good portions and quite quickly. The sides were also freshand well marinated. The customer service was the best part! The waiters were all quick and attentive! We did not have to waittoo long for someone to be at our side to take our order for the next set of meat. Our waitress Lilith was especially attentiveand helpful. The spacing was also very well done, with tables well aligned and large enough to fit our partycomfortably. Overall, I will likely be coming here again in the future with friends and/or family as Korean BBQ is one of myfavorite social meals, with Gen being among the top! Read more
If I could, I'd rate this six stars. If you go here, you will never go to a buffet again in your life. The food here is just... straight up amazing! They serve lots of food! My recommendation is to not eat 24 hours before you come here. So far, much to mysurprise, this is probably the best Korean restaurant in my life so far. The best part, it's near where I live! Oh and I forgotto mention the atmosphere of this place. It makes it much bigger and nicer in the inside than the outside. Come but be preparedto wait for a bit before you get your seat. Read more
I can just say , it was damm good. It?s about time we get a Korean BBQ in our area. The service was great. Sean was awesome. He... helped us on all the different options. Good music playing inside. All the service was great. Brian the manager came over andtalked with us. He was nice . The whole staff was so awesome. But the Korean bbq ribs , Pork belly , and squid steak was lipsmacking awesome. A lot of potential for the restaurant hope they work on that liquor license soon. Their staff was limited which is... understandable but felt their team could use a training or two on how to service their customers who are new to Koren BBQ. Wewere brought a tray of items told we could pick lunch or dinner. Given the price and adviced which meats were on which menu. Wepicked the menu that was limited and brought our meats. So far so good but we were still missing the cokes we ordered 10 minbefore that then left to figure out how long the meats should cook for. Because of the limited staff our grill was changed outas often as it apparently should have been. I think a few more minutes with their customers would have gone a long way. Read more
