The food was great but the management of the place needs improvement. We arrived at approximately 2pm and the line to get order... taken extended to the door. There was 1 person taking orders and 1 cooking from what I could see. Took over 15 min to get ordertaken. There were people there outside doing marketing by taking pics of person supposedly eating...management was I guessworking on computer on table but never once did she get up to help. I order a adult chicken strip dinner and the strips were like rubber. The tots were ok so I ate them all. See by the photo I... couldn?t eat then just picked over them trash won?t by again. Never had a burger but hope it better. Read more
The gentleman at the cash register was super rude. I was ordering and before I could finish he said ?Name? then I told him I?m... not done ordering and he said ?I know. Name.? Then I asked for a vanilla shake and he said ?No shake. Machine broke. Anythingelse?? He basically had an attitude the whole time. I?m pretty sure he?s on his phone now. Overall the food was good. Place was alright considering the location! Mrd Center and Hermann Park! It's a nice building/restaurant esthetic...but course... we went after 5pm during spring break and it was a but of hot mess. Food was fine but the salad/burger toppings bar a mess andout..no one refilling or cleaning. Drink machine were out of reg coke? Really never encountered that. But I get they busy buttakes one person to make dining experience just right. Could have easily been done. I even ey bad cleaned up around thevegetable bar/ burger toppings. Read more
Enjoyed this location which is very close to Herman Park! Perfect place for lunch or dinner. Food was great! We were there... around 5pm on a Monday, Spring Break and the sofa fountains were out of many flavors! The burger condiment bar was heavily inneed of restocking and very messy. I know maybe busy but someone could have refilled the lettuce, pickles. Etc etc At price Ispent for 2 meals of 1/3lb burgers with fries and drink. Total was just under $30 But again 1st day of spring break. Employeeswere very nice thou and food came out quick. Read more
Horrible customer service. Was here to dine in at 5 on sunday. The door was locked they laughed when I called to ask what was... going on. They ran out of buns and has an extremely rude about the situation. Claimed they had no managers on duty and she hungup on me. Dont waste your time at establishments like this one. Read more
I have been eating at Fuddruckers since they opened the original restaurant on the North Loop 410 in San Antonio back in 1979. I... remember dining at the Willowbrook Mall Fuddruckers in the early 1980s. I have never been disappointed. I like the 1950s styledining room and outdoor seating at this location. I really appreciate the 25% discount they offer to military veterans. Read more
We used to love going to Fuddruckers but since most either closed or changed, this is the last good one left. Every time we go... to the zoo we have to stop here! The food is always good and it's very clean inside. Even the employees have always been superkind. This last time their drink machine was down so they offered everyone cans of whatever drink but the cashier was super niceabout it and apologized (it wasn't really an inconvenience). I live near Galveston and drive past my local Fuddruckers to go tothis one in Houston. Read more
