I called at 6:30 to place an order for pick up was placed on hold held on the phone for 15 to 20 minutes left my home while own... hold drove to the location still on hold then my Mother called from her phone because we were at the location they answered andsaid they were not taking orders. I ask to speak to a manager De.... She apologized and gave excuses that they were busy andonly had 3 people. The reason we were ordering by phone to pick up the order was out of respect for their business hours I wishthey showed the same respect and concern for their customers. Stopped by this location while passing back thru Houston. The location was very clean, and the person who waited on us at the... counter was very polite and professional. Food was not great but was pretty good. The jalapeno cheese sauce was really watery(almost as if it was mixed wrong). Still the eating experience was pretty good, easy to get to and get right back on 290. Location was not busy at all, we enjoyed our visit! Read more
Came by today 06-18-22 to have a lunch with the family and I must say it had been about 3 years since I had been to a... Fuddruckers. We came to the one on 290 and Tidwell and I must say that the service was excellent and the safety precautions forcovid they have in place are very well. The reason I give the rating of 3 stars is because of the price and portion of the food.To the jump it was $80 for a family of 4...I'm not sure if I got hustled but you read right...$80 for a family of 4!!! Theportions are horrible because I ordered two 2/3 burgers and when I received my food they gave me a dbl burger so instead ofgetting a 2/3 burger pattie like they advertise and have in the display I received 2 1/3 patties stacked onto one another andthat's not right....it's not what I ordered. The jalapeño cheese was very runny and not thick like it's always been. I canhonestly say that the taste of the food was delicious but the portions are horrible especially if they are charging $20 perperson for a combo! Sorry fudd but you aren't serving Wagu meat. First time here, the burger is really good, l like you can add topping and sauce by yourself. Staffs are friendly and patient.... The only reason I give 4 stars is the price of the french fries is kinda high. Read more

I haven't been to a Fuddruckers in years, but glad I decided to give it another try. The burger patty was crispy on the outside... and juicy on the inside. The buns were perfectly toasted in the bottom and gave a beautiful flavor and softness that brought thewhole burger together. Looking forward to going back :) Read more
Always great quality and great service!! The toppings bar is great as well as fountain drinks selections and condiments! Yummy!!
