Incompetent employees especially mersiha, who did not know what she was doing.. just reading orders and not getting them out and... manager, Jessie Fuentes has no control or respect from employees. This is the 2nd time we have had problems with the employeesfrom this location. I was attending a birthday and that is the only reason I went back. I will be sure to contact corporate withmy videos and pictures I have from their chaos and food line backed up with at least 9 orders waiting to get sent out. Mersihathrowing away my sons food as my son was reaching out to get his food. I will be sure to let everybody know how we were treatedand disrespected and were ridiculed from Jessie. I love my burgers, but short staffed cashier was being loud and rude to customers. When they called me to get my food there was... a hair on my totes me thinking she was going to replace my fries no she grabbed the one with the hair and threw it out, turnedaround and left. WTH!!! I?ve been going to this Fuddruckers since the age of 12. I?ve always ordered my Nashville hot tenders every time even though... they only do it for the sandwich. And this time, one, they denied me a kids meal. I?ve ordered them before with no problembecause I have a small appetite. Two, they didn?t make my tenders with the Nashville hot sauce. Then processed to give me justtenders. When I asked why they weren?t Nashville hot, they only gave me this little cup with the sauce. Very disappointing.Didn?t enjoy my meal. I love this place. They keep the restaurant clean and the staff was great. I forgot how great the fresh buns are. If I were to... take off a tiny portion of a star, the soda dispenser didn?t have all options available, though my favorite wasn?t affected. Read more
Burger was great. 5/5 Fries not so fresh. They don?t fry the fries for ur individual order they just have a basket of pre fried... ones they throw on to ur basket so they?re not fresh. The combo is +$5 the least they can do is give fresh fries. McDonald?sgives fresh fries. 1/5 but there is hot cheese sauce to dip the fries so 3/5 for fries Brownie and cookie were not good. Let me start by saying I have not been here in YEARS. However remember this location was GREAT. We had the best ribeye steak... sandwich from Becks Prime which is a few miles away. Saw that this location had them. We were so excited. I got to theCopperfield location and Natasha said No. Point blank. I told her I saw it on line for this lactation. Her response well onlinedoesn't even have our hours correct. So of course I had to replace 4 meals quickly. Unfamiliar with the menu and reading itNatasha became very irritated. She started tapping her pen on the counter. I stopped in mid sentence to acknowledge her rudebehavior. She could have cared less. I turned around and told the family behind me they could go ahead of me. They weren't readyeither. So back to Natasha tapping harder now. I should have just left. I took out My key and lowered myself to herunprofessional rude behavior. My bill $54.00. And it gets worse. I saw my onion rings sitting for @ 5 minutes. Family behind megot their food before my Togo order. Then another before food out. Natasha totally ignoring my $54.00 order. Finally I got myfood. Still had to wait for a shake while another order was served. Got my shake. She walked away. I said I'm still waiting formy granddaughters drink. Natasha had the adausity to tell me to wait while she prepared another order. Then a man and womanwalked out I asked are you the manager. He was. I told him what happened. All he said was I'll talk to her. Very lack ofconcern. The lady who was with him tried to control the situation and hurried and got the drink. I asked the manager to look atmy receipt and tell me the time I ordered. He did response 525 pm and time now 555pm. No BIG deal to him. Once again I'll talkto her.
