Everything about this restaurant is exceptional. This spot reminds me of a lot of places I’ve been to in Europe. I’ve been... going for years and have introduced my friends, family, & co workers who also adore everything about it. I introduced my dad afew years ago for his birthday & he refuses to celebrate it anywhere else now. The owner is super kind & always there. Thewaiters are usually the same, so it’s extremely homey to walk into a restaurant where you’re greeted & remembered. I alwaysfeel so special dining here! When you go here you feel like family. The food always impresses. I’ve had lamb, fish, steak, pasta and all were simply amazing. As a dirty martini woman - they even have blue cheese stuffed olives. ???? The bananasfoster & Ceasar salad are things you cannot skip on. They’re both made table side. Even better- they serve food into the weelate hours of the night. Perfect for after a concert or if you’re looking for a romantic late night dinner. If I were to guessit only holds about 30 people, so it’s very quaint- adding to the homey feeling. There’s a piano with a piano man who isalways playing. Guests crowd around to sing along! It’s always so much fun. I truly think this is THE hidden jewel ofHouston. Thank you to Fuad’s for always welcoming us in & never disappointing us! Read more

If I can give this place less than one star I would because the owner was plain rude and racist. I do not appreciate the way... management discriminates against certain customers. Upon walking in, the maitre D gave us a look basically sizing us up. I’vedined at this restaurant More than once and I enjoyed the experience. However, one Sunday night I was hanging by the bar andenjoying the live music with a friend, when the owner asked if we wanted to eat or drink and we said that we were fine, he askedme “so what are you doing here?” And I answered that I was just hanging out and enjoying the evening. He goes “then youshould leave, I have a business to run. I pay bills and even the music you are enjoying, I pay for it” I told him that he wasbeing rude, that I am a paying customer and do not deserve to be spoken to in that manner. He walked away without an apology ofany sort, showing his lack of simple courtesy Read more

I think the place is wonderful with a good environment and staff. The idea of no menu kitchen disturbs me (which later were... confirmed with food poisoning). I didn't believe you could ruin a Ribeye till I tried one from here. I will say on that, notknowing what you charge for substandard food (which when talking to some patrons fluctuates) is criminal in my mind. I feel alack in standards and practices and wouldn't recommend it to the avg person. Read more

I had a dessert only and two club sodas. The dessert was a chocolate cake with ice cream. The cake was a small single layer... flat cake with German chocolate icing that tasted like a box mix and icing from a can. The size of the slice was about 3x3inches. The ice cream was icy and blue bell or something similar. The club soda was small bottles of Schweppes and the totalbill was 27.00! Read more

This is my first review and it’s only because I read some douche bag remarks about this joint. Hands down the best restaurant... in Houston and frankly my favorite period. And yes, I’ve been to Waco. Nothing compares to the experience, personal touch, ambiance, crowd, and certainly the food. I’d rather have a bad night at Fuad’s (never has happened) than a great night atthe Oak Room, Chez Tres, Waldorf, or Mont Crosby’s! Trust me, this is as good as it gets! Read more

If you’re under the age of 50, this is not the place for you. Piano bar only plays folk music from 40+ years ago. The food... lacks flavor, yet is steakhouse expensive. The only thing good here is the drinks. The bartender is honestly really good.Upscale prices for a far less than upscale experience though. First and last time going. Read more

This is probably one of Houston's best kept secret! I have driven by this place many times but never went in. I finally had the... chance to check out this place. They have a small bar with a small section for bar tables. The rest of the area is for finedining with good company. This is more ideal or a romantic date with a live piano bar at night. They rotate the pianoplayer. I enjoyed my relaxing time here with the company of the friendly guest that was not shy in engaging in a goodconversation. Even the chef Joseph was good to talk to. I enjoyed my dinner that was cooked uniquely for me. Joseph can cookany dish the way you like. The food was fresh, including the vegetables, beef and seafood! Read more

Fuad's is my new favorite place for dinner in Houston. There is no menu and you won't need one. Think of what you'd like to eat,... say it, get it. The food quality was top-notch. Amazing. Fuad's gets 6 stars from me. Very much looking forward to the nextvisit! Read more
