Extra long wait time for no reason, 30+ mins in a DRIVE -TRHU line, even with the limited menu. the chicken wasn?t extra hot... like it just came out of the grease! I expected more from the ORIGINAL location on Scott st. The previous location was betterthan this. The new location opens soon so hopefully they will have a better system. I waited a long time in the drive thur line but once I got a chance to order my meal with Ms.Domoniqie. She help me with the... menu had great customer service. Made my day go by much better, food was great. Y?all should hire more like her who actuallytakes the time to make your visit more comfortable instead of rushing to get done. Very good fried chicken and usually fresh. I have 3 MAJOR complaints with this business though. One, how do you not offered any... mashed potatoes or baked potatoes and instead offer some "dirty rice" that is a shell of authentic dirty rice. Second, why doyou not have more workers to withstand all the traffic that comes through drive-thru??? You know customers have to normally waitbetween 45 min-1:30 on the drive thru because yall are very understaffed and don't have an efficient way to take the high demandof orders. To me, that is taking advantage of customer and not valuing your loyal customers. Last and more importantly, why doyou not let customers go inside to order/eat?? Is that really too much to ask for? Y'all treat your customers like dirt justbecause many come from an impoverished area it seems, and that is not right. For BETTER FRIED CHICKEN, try Mia's Table in UpperKirby or Graces' on Kirby. The chicken does not taste as good as it use to. Cod, greasy, no condiments as before and no one answers the phone to hear your... feedback. They've lost the majic! No more visits there after 30 plus years. Very sad! Read more
The line is disrespectfully long. They take orders one car at a time. The chicken was good however not worth a chunk of time out... of my day. Once you get in the parking lot you're trapped. Hopefully when they move and I hope it's soon, all this timeconsuming waiting will cease. Read more
Sad that you pay 10 dollars for wings the size of my thumb. I know times hard but Frenchys please do better.
The food is good and of good quality, but they have very small portions. The wings are tiny and the sides are gone within 5... bites. If you're looking for a "taste" of Cajun, this is the place to go. But for better portions try somewhere else. Read more
