I went to visit Freddy's for the first time and let me tell you it was good, great burger it was cooked perfectly. The manager... in charge was so nice he came to my table and asked if everything was okay, Jose was his name if I'm not wrong this place wasclean. ???????? Read more
The staff was not very friendly. There was no ketchup in the dispensers or out for customers. Asked staff for some, and they... said it's out there. I pointed to the empty dispenser, and another staff member told him to get some from the drive-through. It seemed very inconvenient for the staff. Also, taste wasn't very impressive. Next time I want a burger, cheese curds, andcustard, I'll go to Culver's. Furthermore, my recommendation to anyone thinking about going here just save yourself somedisappointment and go to Culver's. I love this place but if I'm being honest, I am disappointed with the lack of cleanliness I see lately. Floors in the dining... area, baseboards and some of the benches could really use a lot more attention. Service is great as always, the kids do aterrific job. Read more
This Freddy?s is absolutely filthy. I?m not sure if they are understaffed or what, but someone please wipe down the tables! The... whole restaurant is gross. You can see the floor of the kitchen when you walk in and it?s disgusting too. Gross. Shakes aregood, sad I don?t feel comfortable eating here with my family. I hope they get it cleaned up. This is our first trip to Freddys. I want to complement the staff for being so friendly but that?s really all I have to say... positive about this place. The food was horrible unless you like the flavor of the food having enough salt in it for yourmonthly intake. I have never eaten a burger that had as much salt as our burgers today. The meat patties were extremely thin, infact, thinner than any burger I?ve ever eaten. We ended up eating about 25% of the meal and throwing away the rest. Even afterspending $27 for two, we couldn?t force ourselves to finish the burgers. Like I said, if you like food, it taste like somebodytook the top off the salt shaker and dumped the whole shaker on the patty and this place is for you, but I don?t think I?ll evercome back.
