I?ve been to this location 3 times over the last 9 months. It?s the worst 5 guys I?ve ever been to in life and I?ve been to 5... guys in Chicago, Michigan, and other states too. I always order a little bacon cheeseburger with Cajun fries. The food heretaste stale. The buns are always dry. The beef patties are not juicy and don?t have any flavor. The fries taste old, tough, andovercooked. The last two times it was so bad I didn?t finish my food. The customer service wasn?t memorable. I don?t evenrecall the cashier greeting us. The first time I visited this location it was okay. The last two times were terrible. I wentback the third time to give them the benefit of a doubt that they were just having an off day. Five guys has quite a few locations, I've been to more than a handful myself. The employees always seem to be helpful and... efficient & usually know all about the food and different suggestions to make depending on your preference or dietary needs. Onething I like, that really doesn't matter in a burger joint, they give you free peanuts to snack on while you are there. Now, forthe food. The burgers are delicious. They are messy, but delicious. Five guys is a place where you are offered many differenttopping choices & they make the burger offerings something that nearly everyone can personalize and be happy with. One of myfavorites is the sauteed mushrooms with onions, mustard and maybe even cheese. Believe it or not, you can even stick to thewhole30 diet eating at Five Guys. You do have to pass on the delicious buns and a few other options, but its possible. The waythey do fries is really cool as well. It seems like the amount of fries I get versus the amount of fries I should get forwhatever quantity I ordered, is always a lot more. Get the additional seasoning on the fries too. If you're a french fry lover,you'll be a happy person. I definitely would recommend Five guys if you're into burgers and fries. I've been many times and willcontinue to go to satisfy my burger needs.
