No cash payment . Next they want you to have 666 on ur forhead. This could be Discriminate for people who don't use cards . ... This has nothing to do with the people who work there I have eaten there they're very wonderful people and the food is great ButI will not be part of a system that requires you to have a bank account to eat Food Read more

Of course the burgers and fries are wonderful. We came just before closing. The cashier/shift manager was wonderful; kind and... helpful beyond what we expected. Thank you for making our evening. Read more

First time ever trying any Five Guys. Food was hot, fresh and good. The customer service was AWFUL! The only employee wearing a... black shirt was SO unfriendly and short w/customers. When I approached the register to order, she yelled something to the cooksbut she was directly face me. It was loud enough to make me jump. She acted annoyed that I jumped. She needs training or at thevery least, taught how to smile and greet people istead of barking at them "what else?" while they place their order. Like mostpeople's reviews, the food is stupid expensive...a cheeseburger and reg. fry was $17.86 w/tax. No drink. If you ask for a watercup, it will be a 10oz paper cup so you'll have to get up to refill your water several times while eating. As I said, food isgood but I won't be returning. Not to this location, at least. Read more

Best build your own hamburgers anywhere. Fries are the real hand cut potato fries, try the Cajun seasoned ones if you like spicy

Manager: Ms. Cynthia is very rude and unprofessional. My daughter works @t this establishment and have been for some time now.... She is 16 years old she is very ill today so I called her manager because my daughter is scared to call because she says thislady is always mean and rude. I called 6 hours before her shift so the manager can find coverage for her shift. Cynthia, themanager stated to me that my daughter will be in trouble if she doesn?t come in with doctors note: she stated that she won?thave a job. First of all, I know the protocol with working you don?t threaten anyone with there job, very unprofessional:Secondly, she could have Covid or anything but you didn?t ask about her well being you only worried about her coming to work. Mydaughter have worked others shift here, they call her in and she show up. However, we are in the Doctors office now so my planswere for her to return to work tomorrow with her excuse. My problem is, as a store manager how are you going to tell me ?themother? that she will be in trouble if she return without Dr note. COMPLETELY ABDURD at this point I don?t think I want her towork for a company that doesn?t care about the well being of there employees. I understand a Business have to run, however if aperson is sick how do you expect to them to perform? This is CRAZY! Read more

Burgers are very good, this stuff is the real deal. 3/5 because they can't seem to get people behind the counter that know how... to smile. My last visit the female cashier looked like she'd rather be getting her teeth drilled than taking my order. Believeit or not that stuff matters. Read more
