If you?re looking for a delicious hot breakfast that is accompanied by excellent service, First Watch is the place for you. The... manager Raul is extremely kind and professional, so quite naturally, the staff follows his lead. Speaking of staff, Jade issimply outstanding, she literally treats everyone who walks in as if they?re family. Do yourself a favor and choose FirstWatch. They do not disappoint. Read more

Very good! First Watches stay pretty consistent. I'm happy for this new location. I had the barbacoa breakfast burrito. My... friend has the salmon frittata. Both were super good! Staff was friendly. Prices reasonable. Definitely worth stopping by nowthat it's in the heights. Read more

The wait for a table on a Saturday at 12 pm was about 30 min but for food was about an hour. Mostly breakfast or light meal... which are not that bad but the sandwich, I had was a bit soggy, as if they left it on the side for an extra ten minutes, I?m notsure if they don?t provide more napkins or you have to ask them for more which is kinda bothersome. The coffee taste likeMcDonald?s coffee. Regardless the breakfast French toast was really good and the fruit was very fresh. Purple haze was a tangysweet drink basically lemonade butterfly pea tea. The restroom wasn?t clean but I guess better than a gas station restroom. Thisplace is a 3 out of 5 cause of the wait, lack of things like napkins and how cold some of the items were like the coffee we hadwas warm not hot like our second refill of coffee, syrup usually comes warm, but it didn?t this time. Staff were nice only stoponce afterwards just to tell us the food would be ready in a bit. Read more

Probably the best breakfast I've had in years. My waitress Jordan was a gorgeous young girl who was super helpful and always... checked on me. I really appreciate people who do their job well and she went above and beyond. This place has to die for waffleswhich Jordan suggested to me and she was right! Loved it all! Read more

Had an outstanding breakfast at the new First Watch. My Salmon frittata was over the top with salmon and a delicious lemony... Hollandaise sauce. THe fresh greens had the perfect bite of arugula and sweetness of baby spinach and purple romaine; just themost delightful, healthy side. We finished with an amazing bacon laced million dollar Bloody Mary . What really made this a 5*event was our server Elan, who was delightful, bubbly and pleasantly attentive. She made our meal extraordinarily fun! Woulddefinitely recommend First Watch Lower Heights for great food and outstanding service. Read more

Upon walking in we were greeted promptly, and politely?. That?s about as good as it got. I went here to have brunch with a... colleague of mine, and had to end up leaving after waiting for over 10 minutes without anyone as much as apologizing for thewait. I?ve worked in restaurants for the better part of my 20?s. And that is not how it is supposed to be done. The only reasonI felt compelled to write a review were for these reasons.. 1. Maybe 3-4 tables had people sat down, while there were easily 7-9waiters or waitresses, and every single one of them walked right by us purposely avoiding eye contact, while they carried on, orjust simply socialized at different parts of the restaurant. 2. One of the managers watching the floor made eye contact with memultiple times, she would look around a bit to see if anyone was going to attend to us, but she never did anything more thanthat. At the least she should of brought us water and apologized for the wait. Or maybe find the individual responsible for ourtable? but no 3. When we finally had enough, and got up to leave, the manager who was watching us did nothing, and when mycolleague told the hostesses and other manager that no one helped us, they smirked at us.. So all that being said, I don?tthink this is a poor reflection on first watch as a chain, it?s a complete reflection of the individuals who manage and work atthis specific establishment. So I think it would imperative that a general manager step in, and handle any issues like thisparticular one, it?s not a good look for a new location looking for repeat customers. Read more

Extremely nut allergy friendly - kitchen staff will switch gloves and kitchenware to accommodate. Love that! Attended their... soft opening on 10/9 (grand opening 10/10). Service was great, reasonably quick and efficient. Restaurant was spacious with alot of natural lighting from high windows. Ordered: Million Dollar Bacon: Four strips of appropriately cooked bacon (notcrispy) drizzled with maple syrup and spices. Bit pricey for what you get, but it was tasty. 4/5, would try it once. EggsBenedict (Salmon): Suggest to confirm dressing on the side for the mixed greens because it comes soggy if you don't. The eggsBenedict were perfectly cooked and the salmon portions were generous. 4/5 Tomato Basil soup: A little watery but a good lightaddition. 3.5/5 Chickichanga: Fantastic portions and very flavorful. Potatoes were a bit varied (naturally small pieces werevery crispy, larger ones were not) but came out hot. The wrapped taco was huge and had avocado slides inside with generousservings of protein. 4.5/5 Salmon Frittata: Didn't try this, but it looked a little smaller than the Chickichanga. Great for alight seafood meal. All of their unique drinks have decent serving sizes, even with ice filling the cup. Very Instagram worthyif that's your thing. Coffee was reasonably strong and it was nice to have different types of creamers on the table. Overall, astrong competitor to other brunch places in the area at a very reasonable price point. Would return again. Read more
