I just recently placed an order for two large engineers. 06/10 4:03pm Large engineers x 2 Instead the order I received was... one large and one medium. I told him I wanted the order to be redone and paid extra for that service but instead all I got was alittle square as you can see in the attached photo which is an insult considering I?ve been coming to this location forsometime. And also I question the freshness of the lettuce as well. I did try calling several times but they must?ve taken thephone off the hook because all I get is a busy signal now. Read more
Loved the customer service! Do recommend & will return! After eating my food I must say it was delicious!!!!
Just went to give this location a visit after about 5 years and was told they no longer offer the myriad of hot sauces to... complement their sandwiches. That?s a game changer for me. They do offer 4-5 sauces but not the hotter sauces and everything inbetween that they used too. Guess corporate saw it as a cost cutting measure to eliminate all the sauce options. This place is so exceptional. We go there nearly every week with our very large family and young kids. They are always very kind... and accommodating and never make us feel.like our kids (who can be rowdy at times) are unwelcome.
