Ordered a meal and accidentally forgot to specify boneless but then realized the cashier didn?t ask whether I wanted boneless or... not. I then brought the order back to them and asked if I can exchange it for boneless and they said ?no but we can give arefund?. It then took 10 minutes for 2 workers to find out how to give me a refund and my sister, who used to work there andcame with me, had to show them how to do it. At the very end, one of the workers said to me before i left ?hope you liked thefree food? when I didn?t even eat it. I was baffled by the unapologetic service, the amount of flies in the restaurant and theone dirty restroom in which I saw the only cook go in and leave without flushing the toilet making safe to assume he didn?t washhis hands. I've been here about 4-5 times and every single time I go the food is amazing! The boneless wings stay crispy even when covered... in sauce and the fries are always fresh! When I went today the music was EXTREMELY loud though. I don't really know why but ittook about 20-30 minutes for anyone to turn down the volume. I couldn't hear the girl at checkout talking to me even though shewas a foot away from me. Regardless the food is great I will always reccomend this place to anyone! Read more

We went to this location on Friday and I must admit this place is hands down one of the best places for wings! You will be... overwhelmed by your choices of wing flavors!!!! I would suggest a family pack and pick four or five flavors you?ll thank me. Trythe garlic fries wow or the seasoned fries. My third (and probably) last visit. Really disappointed with the cleanliness of the wings I ordered. I ordered 5 of the garlic... parmesan which were perfect. It was the other half of the order, the 5 BBQ wings that were the issue. They had so many feathersleft on them! It was so off-putting that I just threw the rest of the order away. I did share feedback on the Fire Wings websiteso hopefully they'll do a better job of inspecting and cleaning the wings before cooking/serving. Oh, they also forgot toinclude my dipping sauce.
