Authentic Italian restaurant, a wonderful taste of the best Roman dishes! For someone like me, born and raised in Rome, having... dinner at Fiori it's like being back home for one night. Finally a restaurant where you won't find any chicken or cream onpasta, where the Carbonara and Amatriciana (both delicious) are made with real Guanciale and Pecorino. FIORI is a beautifulrestaurant, very well decorated with a beautiful patio and a very private terrace. The personnel is very professional andwelcoming and Chef Alessio is a great host, taking advantage of every spare moment to meet and talk with his guests! But, onceagain, the food is the real deal, everything is great and authentic, from the appetizers to the dessert and they offer a largeselection for every taste! This restaurant is beautiful and perfect for posting pictures. The waitress was excellent and offered a great sweet wine. The... atmosphere was relaxing and the abundance of fresh aromatic flowers is amazing. The food is okay. My bf offered the gnocchi anddid not like them. I ordered the lobster ravioli and was a little salty for my taste. A little pricey but worth visiting. Read more

This is REAL Italian food!!! I had lunch with some friends, all of us Italian and we felt like eating at home back in Rome.... Incredible food and the most authentic pasta I’ve ever eaten abroad! Super nice atmosphere, everyone was very kind and theyaccommodated any requests. The chef is Italian and he offered us a glass of Prosecco and spent some time with us while we werewaiting for a friend to arrive - you can really understand how passionate he is in his job. If I want authentic Italian food, I go to Fiori every time. The attention to detail is impeccable here. I think it's the only... Italian place in Houston that feels and tastes authentic while still being affordable. I've gone multiple times and leftsatisfied every time. I highly recommend the gnocchi amatriciana (pictured). What a wonderful experience!! Fiori is excellent. The staff attentive and friendly. The owner approaches each table to see that... everything is fine, this elevate the attention so far. The place too beautiful, welcoming and chic . The food is too good, youhave a good variety of flavors. Don't forget to try the Tuna Tart, it's really delicious, the Lobster and Rib Ravioli aredelicious, the carbonara is very good, the lamb and beef are super good, and the salad that comes with them is delicious.
