Found by chance ; Craving soul food. Beautiful restaurant environment, long lines and good food with the exception of the... catfish (weird after taste). Everything else was AMAZING!! The food was so delicious! We didn't have to wait long. 10 mins or less. We took our food to go. There was plenty of seating... available inside and outside. The walk up window wasn't busy either. Today was a great day to go sit outside and eat. The insidewas very clean. The staff was welcoming and generous with the food. I got the last of the sweet tea. Made it just in time. Thebest food! Pros: fresh, all side dishes were delicious, cornbread included, lemon cakedelicious Cons: both meats were tough to eat. The pepper steak and rice I threw away because both were extremely tough. Ricewas definitely not done. I was rushed to order and there was absolutely nobody else in line but me. I paid roughly $60. Sadlyit was not worth $60 flavor and quality wise but I understand why it came out to be that price because the amount of food youget.
